The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, nor be lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40° C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +20 ° C. However, it should be taken into account that condensation may occur occasionally due to changes in temperature.
The inclination of the device during installation to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%, and the entire set of cabinet rows shall be relatively flat (in compliance with the GBJ232-82 standard). The device should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and shock, and where the electrical components will not suffer undue corrosion. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.

Main circuit scheme

The main circuit scheme of the device consists of 32 groups and 118 specifications, excluding the schemes and specifications derived from the changes in the control and protection of the auxiliary circuits.

The main circuit scheme was selected after soliciting opinions from a wide range of design, manufacturing, testing and usage departments, and it meets the needs of power generation, power supply and consumption, and other power users. The rated working current is 4000A, and it is suitable for the selection of distribution transformers with a capacity of 2500kVA and below.

In addition, a capacitor compensation cabinet was designed to meet the need of improving the power factor in power supply and consumption. The reactor cabinet was designed considering the needs of comprehensive investment.

To enhance the dynamic thermal stability of the busbar and improve the temperature rise of the contact surface, all devices adopt the TMY-T2 series hard copper bars. The connection parts of the copper bars must be tinned. It is recommended to use full-length tinned busbars, or full-length silver-plated copper busbars can also be selected.
