GGD Aclowvoltage distribution cabinet
The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for the AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A distribution system of power users such as power plants, power stations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for the conversion, distribution and control of electrical energy for power, lighting and distribution equipment.
The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed in accordance with the requirements of the majority of power users and design departments, adhering to the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, innovative structure and high protection level. It can be used as an updated product for low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with standards such as IEC439 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies" and GB7251 "Low-voltage Switchgear Assemblies".
The cabinet body of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of a general-purpose cabinet. The frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel sections. The special matching parts for the frame are supplied by the designated steel section production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the modular principle and have 20 installation holes, with a high coefficient of universality. It enables factories to achieve pre-production, thereby not only shortening the production and manufacturing cycle of products, but also improving work efficiency.
When designing the GGD cabinet, the heat dissipation issue of the cabinet during operation was fully considered. Different numbers of heat dissipation slot holes are set at both the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot holes, while cold air continuously replenishes the cabinet through the lower slot holes, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
The GGD cabinet is designed in accordance with the modern industrial product design requirements, using the golden ratio method to design the cabinet's external shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the entire cabinet elegant and stylish with a brand-new look.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a swivel hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. Each folded edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber and plastic strip. When closing the door, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body, thereby improving the protection level of the cabinet body.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, and the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
The surface paint of the cabinet body is made of polyester orange type baking varnish, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet is in a matte tone, avoiding the dazzling effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for lifting and transportation.
The protection grade of the cabinet is IP30. Users can also choose between IP20 and 1P40 according to the requirements of the usage environment.
