High strength enclosed busbar duct
Scope of application
The HD-CFW high-strength enclosed bus duct is specifically designed for the transmission of electrical energy in AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with a frequency of 50-60Hz, a rated voltage up to 660V, and a fixed working current of 200-4000A.
Structural features of HDCFW copper busbar
The bus duct shell is assembled with rolled profiles, and the conductive bars adopt an economic current density, enabling them to withstand strong electric and thermal stresses. According to the data in Table (1), the dynamic and thermal stability test was passed, and after the test, the bus duct showed imperceptible permanent deformation.

The busbar of the bus duct is covered with multiple layers of insulating materials and can withstand a power frequency withstand voltage of 3750v for 1 minute, with breakdown and flashover phenomena
Under normal conditions where the ambient air temperature is 20+5℃ and the relative humidity is 50-70%, the continuous resistance of each section shall not be less than 20M.
The bus duct adopts a high-strength fully enclosed structure, with a protection level up to P40
The insertion and removal times of the bus duct plug-in box and the bus duct shall be no less than 200 times.
